KK Slider sings Al Azif

If you’ve ever wanted to know what it was like for the mad monk, Abdul Alhazred, as he wrote Al Azif here’s your chance.

…A History of The Necronomicon. According to this account, the book was originally called Al Azif, an Arabic word that Lovecraft defined as “that nocturnal sound (made by insects) supposed to be the howling of demons”.

Yeah, that’s right. So if that sounds like every KK song being played on top of one another, keep telling yourself that. Keep repeating it as you’re slowly driven mad by the scraping of unknowable claws and tentacles at the creases of what we know as reality.

Ia, Cthulhu fhtagn!
Ia, Resetti fhtagn!

Thanks Kotaku.
