This early in the morning it’s usually just me and Max, one of two dogs that The Girlfriend and I spend all the money from our paychecks on. When I come downstairs, Max gives me maybe an eyelid open “don’t bug me” glance or at most a grumble before relocating to a better sleeping spot with less me in it. He certainly doesn’t spoof The Broadway Melody like these dogs from The Barkway Melody.
